Profile
Annie Ashdown – Life Coach and Hynotherapist
Annie Ashdown is an Intuitive Coach, EFT Practitioner,
Theta Healer and Motivational Hypnotherapist. She was inspired to leave
her successful career in film and television to begin her life-coaching practise
after seeking the help of a Life Coach for herself. Having recovered from
many challenges including a 25 year chronic eating disorder, her ‘tough love’
approach is refreshing and unique, as she helps her clients through real life
experiences.
A natural on TV, Annie was resident coach on ‘Bump and
Grind’ Sky 1 and the obvious choice to co-host 10 episodes of ‘Kyle’s Academy’
on ITV 1 alongside Jeremy Kyle and Derek Draper. In the highly rated show, Annie
coached and hypnotized five participants, bringing about profound results.
Annie has worked for various organizations, including Holmes Place,
Business Link and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and holds workshops
in Harley Street.
However she now is focused on her debut book and developing TV formats for
ITV, BBC and independent
Production companies. Annie contributes regularly to Prima, Zest, SHE, Daily
Telegraph, Top Sante, Health and Fitness, Bliss, Personal success, The
Guardian, PRIMA, ‘In Chelsea’, and is a regular expert in ‘Slim at
Home’. Annie is a judge on ‘Britain’s Next Top Coach’ 2009.
An entertaining and engaging speaker, she speaks regularly
at networking events and was invited
to speak at the ‘Mind, Body, Spirit Festival’ in London and for ‘Women in Film and TV’ at
Waterstones in Piccadilly.
Annie’s clients range from housewives, bankers, creatives,
teens, and business owners to celebrities. She is known to do for your mind
what a fitness trainer does for your
body. She works especially well with women, offering practical tools to
help them be assertive in a non-aggressive way, helping them maximize their
potential, empower themselves and be at ease with being authentic. Annie’s
life philosophy is ‘to thine own self be true’
