Profile
Robin Sieger is from Scotland who knows divides his time
between between Europe and America. He is a successful businessman, best
selling author, and broadcaster with offices in the UK (Edinburgh) and the USA
(Charlotte). He is a leading success strategist and developed a reputation
within media and circles as a peak performance ‘guru’. He has a world-class reputation as a
conference speaker who passionately delivers high impact presentations that are
informative, inspiring and entertaining. Robin’s humour and ability to connect
emotionally with audiences has seen him become the first choice speaker at
major conferences for some of the world’s most successful companies, including
Microsoft, IBM, Coca Cola, Nokia, GM and HSBC.
After
studying science at university Robin went on to have a successful career as a
television writer, at the age of 29 Robin was diagnosed with cancer, it was
this life-changing experience that made him determine to re-examine, his notion
of success. He went on to become Head of Entertainment Development for BBC
television, which he left to set up a his own training company
Robin set up
his first company Sieger International, with the sole aim of teaching people
within organizations to develop themselves and reach their full potential.
Sieger International advises organizations on human capital development through
many initiatives, from strategic consulting through to grass roots training.
Since founding Sieger Inernational, Robin has set up successful publishing and educational
technology businesses. He firmly believes that organisational culture is a
reflection of what people believe about themselves and the company they work
for.
Robin
is the author of four books including the international best seller Natural Born Winners (Random House),
which has been sold in over 70 countries, translated into 16 languages, and
also turned into a No 1 rated television series.
He
has two new books being released in 2010, The
Greatest Choice, a business book about leadership in challenging times, and
Silent Mind Golf, which is being
published in both the UK and USA, in April 2010, a unique approach to the
mental game of golf, and the simple lessons we can learn to significantly
improve our potential to improve.
He
also holds the world record for the coldest round of golf ever played, 18 holes
at
-26°C,
at North Star GC, Fairbanks Alaska, Dec 22nd 2001, but that’s
