Marc Meltonville
was
first
commissioned
to work
for
Hampton
Court
in 1991,
for
the
reconstruction
of the
Tudor
Kitchens
and
then
for
the
first
attempt
at using
that
space
for
experimental
work.
This
continued
under
the
guidance
of food
historian
Peter
Brears
until
in 1998.
In 2003
Marc
took
over
the
project
co-ordination
of the
Historic
Kitchens
of Hampton
Court
Palace.
Marc
has
featured
in countless
TV and
Radio
appearances,
3 episodes
of the
BBC2
series;
Tales
from
the
Palaces
‘A Tudor
Feast
for
Christmas’,
BBC
&
UKTV
Food,
Heston
Blumenthal’s
Perfect
Christmas,
BBC2,
The
Great
British
Bake
off
BBC2
and
The
Hidden
Palace
of Henry
VIII,
shown
on the
History
Channel.
Marc's
work
of the
Royal
Palaces
has
seen
him
lecture
all
over
England,
America
and
Canada.
