Mark Greenaway was tasked with creating an indulgent dessert that brings to life Bowmore's most delicate and balanced Single Malt to date – Bowmore Small Batch.  Designed to encapsulate all that this magical island has to offer, this delicious dessert will transport you into “Islay Time”, a world of peace and tranquillity.

Mark visited Islay to watch the processes that go in to making their whiskies, and came up with a deliciously indulgent dessert capturing the flavours in Bowmore Small Batch.
