Lesley Waters headlines the Travel Show's Food and Wine Theatre this month, cooking holiday inspired dishes and sharing her expert knowledge and passion for international food.  

Lesley will guide visitors through the best holiday recipes, from the fragrant flavours of the East to the rustic food of the Mediterranean, live at 11am and 3pm each day.
