We are delighted to announce that we now represent Michelin star chef Galton Blackiston.

Multi-award winning chef patron of Morston Hall hotel and restaurant in north Norfolk, he currently holds four AA red stars and four AA rosettes, as well as a Michelin star for a remarkable 19 consecutive years.

Galton is a popular guest chef on BBC's Saturday Kitchen, Great British Menu, Yes Chef, and most recently on ITV's Saturday Morning with James Martin. 

His four cookbooks include 'Cooking at Morston Hall', 'A Return to Real Cooking', 'Summertime' and his most recent work 'Hook Line Sinker' was published to huge critical acclaim in September 2017 and is in the running for Gourmand World Book Awards 2018.
