The Prince of Wales joined top UK chefs in London, including Ed Baines, to sample the delights of the first of this year’s Cambrian Mountains lamb ‘newydd’.

Cambrian Mountains lamb is part of a farmer’s marketing venture, inspired by HRH The Prince of Wales. A group of 21 upland farming families have joined together to sell their delicious mountain meat to a wider audience throughout the UK.
