'More Home Comforts' by James Martin

More Home Comforts by much-loved TV chef James Martin will tie in with James’s third series of the enormously successful Home Comforts on the BBC.

The book presents over 100 recipes that James loves best, all beautifully photographed in his own home. Many of the recipes are also those that James creates on-screen in the series, which features special guests and talented chefs like Pierre Koffman, Mary Berry and Michael Caines helping out at the stove.

More Home Comforts features super-fast Instant Comforts like Pea and Parmesan Soup and Keralan Prawns, to Sharing Comforts including Beer Can Piri Piri Chicken and Lamb Belly with BBQ Sauce & Pickled Red Onion, and Posh Comforts that incorporate little twists to impress, such as Cauliflower Cheese with Crispy Maple Syrup Pancetta and Posh Fish Pie with Champagne Sauce. Also included are a share of the indulgent desserts that James is best known for, including Churros with Peaches and Custard and Sticky Toffee Roulade.
