Paul Gayler will be heading to Buckingham Palace on Saturday to collect his MBE for Services to the Hospitality industry and Charity.Paul's charity work includes establishing 'The Emily Begg Fund' which raises money for the Teenage Cancer Trust, in memory of a family friend, and 'Chefs for Heroes', a group of skilled and famous chefs who cater at numerous fund raising events for wounded Armed Forces personnel.
