Jo Wheatley will be putting Stork to the test at this year’s LACA Conference, taking place from 10-12 July at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

Jo will be cooking up a range of cakes and pastries suitable for the education market on Thursday 11 July, while sharing her top tips and advice to get school children baking from scratch using Stork.
