Award-winning chef Mark Greenaway is searching for Scotland's best amateur pastry chef.
Mark is known for his imaginative dessert creations and believes that the origins of a great dessert start in the imagination and then are worked out carefully using a variety of techniques, ingredients and flavours.

The Mark Greenaway Award has been established to find Scotland's most innovative dessert from an amateur chef.
A shortlist of 6 entrants will be invited to Restaurant Mark Greenaway on the afternoon of Sunday 8 December to prepare their desserts for the judges – Chef Mark Greenaway, Leila Kean from Innis & Gunn and Donald Reid, food and drink editor at The List magazine.
