Scottish chef Mark Greenaway has created bespoke recipes for Nairn's Oatcakes with Mark featuring on packs of Nairn's Rough Oatcakes from spring 2015.
Mark's recipes include Haggis, Neeps and Tatties; Waldorf Salad; Peanut Caramel Cheesecake; and Chicken
Roulade with Caesar Garnish.
Nairn's chose Mark because of their shared passion for Scottish-grown ingredients and to demonstrate to the passionate home cook how easy it is to make inspiring dishes using Nairn’s Rough Oatcakes.
