Guests of Holiday Inn Express Singapore Clarke Quay can now say good morning to top quality breads, pastries and coffee by Dean's acclaimed local bakery Baker & Cook. A new Baker & Cook Kiosk will be located in the sprawling indoor-outdoor lobby atrium of the hotel, providing guests, neighbours and staff with delicious menu offerings all day for a light meal on-the-go, gourmet coffee meeting or dinner.
With an internationally acclaimed baking career spanning almost three decades, Baker & Cook co-owner and founder Dean Brettschneider has an uncompromising passion for new world artisan baking. As one of IHG’s Culinary Ambassadors, Brettschneider was a natural fit to provide the perfect all-day dining option for the 442 room flagship hotel.
