The event takes place 6pm-9pm, featuring over 20 of Borough Market’s renowned cheesemongers with an array of exquisite cheeses. From Ubriaco to Valencay, Comte to Caerphilly, Borough Market has it covered. Chat to cheese experts about their craft, sample and buy from a selection of tasty artisan cheeses. There will also be hot cider, wine and beer available with advice on how best to match cheese and drinks.

Theo's demonstration will be a showcase of Bianca e Mora's award-winning Italian cheese in the Market Hall demonstration kitchen.
