Mark Greenaway made his Saturday Kitchen debut on Saturday 7th January alongside fellow chef Ching-He Huang, wine expert Olly Smith, celebrity guest Tom Daley, and presenter Donal Skehan.

Mark cooked a baked brown-sugar cheesecake with pear sorbet and tomato caramel from his award-winning cookbook Perceptions, and won the Omlette Challenge!
