James Martin begins his new show, The Box, on BBC1, weekdays at 4pm.

In this brand new cookery competition, three enthusiastic home cooks are pitted against each other as they try to make delicious dishes using the ingredient boxes.  

The boxes are provided by a different celebrity guest each day, with upcoming episodes featuring Prue Leith, Fay Ripley, Ainsley Harriott, Lisa Faulkner, and Mary Berry.
